How do I place an order?

1. Click on the item you want
2. Select the type of product you want (if there are varieties)
3. Select Add to Cart
4. Click Check out on add to Cart
5. Fill-out the necessary details needed for the shipment
6. Choose a payment method (COD, PayPal)
7. You will then receive a confirmation and just wait for the product to arrive.

What payment method do you accept?

Cash on Delivery Payment (COD).
We accept credit card payments through Paypal.
We also accept payments directly from Paypal to PayPal.

Are there other ways that we could pay for the item aside from COD and Paypal?

Yes, we also accept bank transfers and money transfers. Just send us a message on Facebook for further details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you are allowed to do so only before your item has been shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation email, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

How long does it take for my item to arrive?

It normally takes 1-3 days for within metro manila and 3-7 days outside of metro manila but, in some instances it may take longer up to 15 days and in this case you will receive a text message or a phone call from our staff.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are included in your shipping confirmation email.
