My item is broken upon arrival 

We do our best to package our items to verify they arrive safely to just no issues. But if something has actually been broken during shipment, no worries! Please contact us within 7 days of your item's delivery day. We will work with you to make sure you obtain the item repaired or replaced as possible.

I've changed my mind about the jewelry item(s) that I ordered.

We want you to love your jewelry that you order!  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day exchange policy.  

We do not offer refunds on returned items - only exchanges.

Items must be in resellable condition; exchanges will not be granted on items used with essential oils.

To begin your exchange:

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
    • Package your items carefully to return to us.  Include a note in the package with your exchange details.  
    • Once we receive your items, we will send out your replacement item!
    • If there is a price difference on the exchange, we ask you to pay the difference if the new item is more expensive; if it is cheaper, we will issue you a discount code to be used for your next purchase.

You are responsible for shipping costs in returning your item(s). AroMamas is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.  If you are returning a bulk order, shipping insurance is required at the customer’s expense.
